In anticipation of their impending Pure Noise debut, Pull The Thorns From The Heart, Senses Fail have unleashed an uplifting new track titled “Carry The Weight.” Check it out after the break (via Revolver), and share your thoughts with us in the replies.

According to frontman Buddy Nielsen, the New Jersey outfit’s latest undertaking is symbolic of his own internal struggles, many of which he did not come to terms with until recently.

“We all carry the weight in the only way we know. For some of us that looks effortless and graceful and for others we are struggling just to stay upright,” Nielsen explained. “I’ve carried a lot of weight over the years, and this song is a reflection of giving me the freedom to be forgiving for the ways in which I did.”
