Real Friends’ New Music Video For “Sixteen” Will Make You Very Sad

Illinois sad boys Real Friends have just put out a heartbreaking new music video for their song, “Sixteen.”

Taken from their most recent album Maybe This Place Is The Same And We’re Just Changing, and under the direction of Max Moore, the video features a young boy’s lonely sixteenth birthday party at a bowling alley.

“This song is one of our favorites from the album,” bassist Kyle Fasel tells Billboard. “Max Moore, who directed the video, was really able to capture the song’s emotion with this music video. And it’s filmed in a bowling alley so that’s pretty sick.”
