Foreign Tongues Share Existential Video For “Fools Of Love”

If you hadn’t heard, I really like Foreign Tongues. Especially their debut LP, Fragile, As Said Before, out now via No Sleep Records.

The band’s massive debut LP features pain and beauty stacked between layers of textures and sounds, and now you can visualize such experiences with a video for album opener “Fools Of Love.”

Directed by Erik Rojas, the video features a man waking to constantly changing cube objects, which have seemingly taken over the city. Speaking on the video, Rojas says, “Cam (lead vocalist) and I had talked about this idea for a music video several months ago, and after getting some talented friends on board, we decided to go for it. From a narrative standpoint, I think it’s safe to say it’s a story about realizing that sometimes you’re not alone, even though that may seem like the case.”

Be sure to pick up the band’s debut LP here, and follow us after the jump to watch the video for “Fools Of Love.”
