Vinnie Caruana, frontman of I Am The Avalanche and The Movielife, has signed to Equal Vision Records. The label will release his debut solo album, which he is currently recording in a New Jersey studio.

While Caruana has yet to release a full-length solo effort, the singer released a fantastic solo EP in 2013 titled City By The Sea, via Run For Cover Records. We’re looking forward to a longer dose of the acoustic, punk-tinged solo material.

Additionally, Vinnie will feature as a guest DJ at Glamour Kills’ 10-year anniversary party in New York City along with All Time Low’s Jack Barakat and We Are The In Crowd’s Tay Jardine. Check out a flyer for that show below.
