Fallujah stream stunning lead single from new album, ‘Dreamless’

Bay Area metal quintet Fallujah are back with the first material to surface from their forthcoming The Flesh Prevails follow-up, titled Dreamless, which is due out on April 29 through Nuclear Blast. Pre-orders are ongoing.

“The Void Alone,” which serves as the lead single from Dreamless and features guest vocals from Tori Letzler, is a perfectly organic progression from the band’s outstanding 2014 full-length, The Flesh Prevails—easily one of our favorites albums of that year. The new song, clocking in at just under five minutes, contains all the elements of the Fallujah formula we love: Atmospheric synths, guitar work that soars and shreds in perfect balance, chaotic yet precise drumming, merciless vocals and an overall hair-raising arrangement that really raises the band above their peers in the progressive metal world. It’s everything we hoped it’d be and really raises our anticipation for the band’s new album. Listen in below.

Starting on April 8 in Dayton, Ohio, you can catch Fallujah supporting their new album on tour with The Black Dahlia Murder who will be playing their 2003 album, Unhallowed, in full. Disentomb will be opening on the 45-date (!) run. The full routing can be found below.
