San Diego crooner Rebecca Jade has that sound. It’s comforting and soulful; it’s a crackling fire in a snowed-in cabin with your love cuddled up at your side. Her most recent single—a smooth, old school R&B cut titled “Weather The Storm”—is brief at two-and-a-half minutes, but it’s so inviting that you can’t help but hit replay at least a handful of times.
Late last year, the track got the visual treatment; an LvVisions-directed video that finds Rebecca taking flight over the southern California coast in a small plane, taking in the beautiful sights. It’s simple in execution but fits the track well, and it’s easy on the eyes.
You can check out the visuals for “Weather The Storm” below and keep up with Jade’s career on Twitter and Instagram in anticipation of her upcoming album, A Shade Of Jade, whose release date has yet to be revealed.
