Drake Added to iHeartRadio Festival

Streaming is taking over the world of music — or maybe it just seems so. Among all of the Spotify, Pandora, and other updates, radio is still thriving and celebrating its success in numerous ways. One of these most famous ways, the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas, will now see Justin Timberlake, Elton John, and Katy Perry joined by Canadian rapper Drake. The festival takes place Sept. 20 & 21 and tickets are available here.

The lineup is pretty large, as you can imagine. Joining those four will be Muse, J. Cole, Chris Brown, Phoenix, Ke$ha, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Adam Lambert with Queen, among many others.

Drake is set to take the stage on September 21, a few days after the release of his new album, Nothing Was the SameThose in the audience will be sure to hear new material off that. Earlier this month we also saw that Drake would be working with Hit-Boy to collaborate after a picture of the two at a studio surfaced. Clearly big things are on the way for Drake, so make sure to follow UTG on Twitter so you don’t miss any news!
