New Hot Rod Circuit EP

Hot Rod Circuit are releasing a limited number of a new 7″ EP through Run For Cover Records. The items on the EP include two new songs–including “Forgive Me”–and a cover of Superdrag’s “Sucked Out.” Only 1000 copies will be available, either at shows on their tour or on the label’s online web store

Pusha T signs to Def Jam

Pusha T, one half of the hip-hop duo, Clipse, has signed a solo deal with Def Jam Records. He is still planning to release the EP Fear of God 2: Let Us Pray through Deacon Records on September 27, but his first solo venture will be with the G.O.O.D./Def Jam team.

Young Statues sign to Run For Cover Records

Caithlin de Marrias announces second solo album

The former frontwoman for the indie-emo group, Rainer Maria, has announced the details for her second solo album. The album will be called Red Coats and will be released November 8 through End Up Records. Red Coats is the follow up to de Marrias’ debut solo project, My Magic City, which was released in 2009.
