Real Friends Announce Debut Album ‘Maybe This Place Is The Same And We’re Just Changing’

Real Friends will be releasing their new record Maybe This Place Is The Same And We’re Just Changing on June 22 via Fearless Records. The band has also released the album’s official artwork, which you can check out after the jump.

The term “make or break” is thrown around a lot these days, but this record will truly be the deciding factor for Real Friends’ ability to last in the ever-changing pop-punk market. The band has risen to unprecedented highs since 2013, and performed phenomenally well on The Wonder Years’ recently-concluded ‘Greatest Generation’ tour, showing that they know how to capture attention. Their come-up is extremely reminiscent of The Story So Far’s rise to fame in 2012, and if the record proves to be successful, you can probably expect to see them headlining national tours of their own by this time next year.

The tracklist and single have yet to be revealed, but we’ll keep you updated when they surface. What do you expect from Maybe This Place Is The Same And We’re Just Changing? Let us know in the comments.
