That’s Outrageous! have officially announced that their Rise Records debut, Teenage Scream, will hit stores on July 21st. The band is currently on The Rise Records Tour with Memphis May Fire, Decoder and Ten After Two. Their title track, “Teenage Scream,” will be released on May 17th on iTunes.
