REVIEW: Bobby Meader Music – ‘Breakfast After Noon’ EP

Artist: Bobby Meader Music
Title: Breakfast After Noon EP
Label: Antique Records
Genre: Acoustic, Punk

When we are left alone with our thoughts and an acoustic guitar, the most significant bits of our memories come crawling in and we are forced to say “hello.” In the case of Nevada-bred singer-songwriter Bobby Meader, he is greeted with a resonating “What’s the deal with all of us fucking up all the things we love?”

This is taken from “I Don’t Understand,” the introduction to his most recent four-track offering, entitled Breakfast After Noon. Injected with honest lyricism and muffled folk/punk …

The Gaslight Anthem have released a new music video for their track “Rollin’ And Tumblin’.”

The Gaslight Anthem keeps driving the anticipation of their new album, Get Hurt, to new levels.

We’ve already heard “Get Hurt” and “Rollin’ and Tumblin'”, and of course we love it.

Now the band has released its third track from the album, “Stay Vicious.” The track reaches further down in their southern roots and grabs them by the balls. Its dirty and raw verses are juxtaposed with “pretty,” melodic choruses. Throw in a stunning guitar solo and the customary passionate lyrics, we have another track that TGA fans are going to fall in love with fast.
