The Classic Crime Sign To BC Music, Announce Anniversary Record

Seattle based rock outfit The Classic Crime have revealed they are now a member of BC Music, better known as a branch of Emery’s BadChristian Records. In celebration of the newly founded partnership, The Classic Crime will be releasing What Was Done, Vol. 1: A Decade Revisited, a compilation containing acoustic renditions of fan-favorites alongside rearranged tracks as well.

What Was Done, Vol. 1: A Decade Revisited is set to hit stores October 27, but physical pre-orders are available here. As for the album’s confirmed artwork and tracklisting, both can be found after the jump.


Emery Reveal Details Concerning ‘The Weak’s End’ Tenth Anniversary Tour

To the pleasure of their fanbase, post-hardcore outfit Emery recently announced plans to head out on tour with former vocalist Devin Shelton this fall in support of the tenth anniversary of the band’s debut album, The Weak’s End.

Today, the group revealed Peace Mercutio, This Wild Life, and Matt McDonald of The Classic Crime will be joining them as direct support on the trek. The Rocket Summer Announce Spring Tour Dates

Tours, tours, and tours! This whole week is coming up tour announcements.

As the image to the left should make clear, we’ve got another one. Byrce Avary of The Rocket Summer took to Youtube to announce his band was hitting the road in March and April. He’s going to be bringing a few friends along with him as well.

Joe Brooks will be along for the whole shebang. Royal Teeth and Tidewater will be on the bill from March 20 to April 2. Finally, The Classic Crime will be opening from April 9 to April 17.

MUSIC VIDEO: The Classic Crime – “The Precipice”

The Classic Crime premiered the official music video for their song, “The Precipice,” today.

“The Precipice” is off of The Classic Crime’s newest release, Phoenix, acting as a sort of power ballad for the band. The song may even be perfect for trendy weddings and engagements.

The video shows frontman Matt MacDonald running around a fancy, seemingly English, mansion before finally gathering the group together to perform in the ballroom.

STREAM: The Classic Crime – “You and Me Both”

Former Tooth & Nail Records alternative rock band, The Classic Crime, will be releasing their fourth album, Phoenix, on August 14. Phoenix will be the Classic Crime’s first album since 2010’s Vagabonds, subsequently the last album TCC released on Tooth & Nail Records. The Classic Crime decided to release Phoenix independently.

2012 Zumiez Couch Tour Revealed

The 2012 Zumiez Couch Tour has recently been revealed and Under The Gun has all of the details right here for you!

This tour will span 12 dates in the US and feature bands including The Wonder Years, Set Your Goals, Daytrader, The Cab, Conditions, We Came As Romans, A Skylit Drive and The Classic Crime. The run starts off in Seattle on May 26 and ends in Minneapolis June 26 so be sure to grab your tickets when they hit the box office.
