Deftones cover album coming soon

Deftones will be releasing a cover album on April 16th including cuts by The Cars, Drive Like Jehu, The Smiths, Sade, Jawbox, The Cardigans, Lynyrd Skynrd, and Duran Duran to name a few. The album will be pressed to a limited number of vinyl copies only.

Johnny Marr offered book deal

According to his Twitter, Johnny Marr (The Cribs, The Smiths, and more) has been offered a book deal. Marr noted that this will mean less songs, but I think I speak for everyone when I say the untold tales of this legend will be well worth it.
