May 5th, 2011 James Shotwell The numbers are in and all three post-hardcore releases last week had good openings on the Billboard chart. Silverstein’s Rescue opened at #37 with 11,060 units sold, while Memphis May Fire’s The Hollow arrived at #109 and Texas In July found One Reality at #139. Congrats to everyone, but we can do better! REVIEW: Texas In July – One Reality
April 27th, 2011 James Shotwell “This album marks a huge step forward for the band, and shows a lot of promise for things to come. One Reality may not go down as the band’s crowning achievement, but it was certainly very impressive, and a very solid sophomore effort from the band. I couldn’t help but get the sense this album was the proverbial “removing of the training wheels” for Texas In July, there were a few wobbles along the way, but for the most part, the band was certainly on the right track.”
