Story Of The Year Post Long Update On The Band’s Future, Part Ways With Bassist

Also, they released a completely stripped down acoustic version of the record titled Page Avenue: 10 Years And Counting that same year. This is where the “counting” part of that title comes into play in the present day of the band.

The band posted on their Facebook today a rather lengthy update in regards to their overall take on the music industry. Key details that were …

Chiodos Release Music Video for “3 AM”

Chiodos has been busy since the release of their latest record Devil, which came out last March. This effort included the return of original vocalist Craig Owens and the inclusion of The Fall Of Troy guitar aficionado Thomas Erak. The band put a lot of time and creativity to provide a versatile number of songs that showed a different side of the band, mostly due to Owens’ tenure with Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (D.R.U.G.S.).

Today, the band has premiered the music video for the poppy but somewhat heavy-chorused ballad “3 AM.” The actual video shows Owens …

Last time we had talked on the D.R.U.G.S. headliner, I definitely got the feeling that the band was going to stick around a lot longer than it did. What exactly happened after that day to cause the band to split up?

It was kind of weird, to be honest. The Chiodos opportunity was something that I’d obviously …

RUMOR: Craig Owens Back in Chiodos, New Isles & Glaciers Being Discussed

Things have been relatively quiet around the D.R.U.G.S. camp. Other than a strange hodge-podge tour with Hit The Lights, Sparks the Rescue, and Like Moths to Flames last winter which was followed by their current stint in Europe, the band hasn’t been producing the blog buzz like they did only a year before. Last year, Craig Owens mentioned recording a new D.R.U.G.S. record in the spring. Last week, Craig took to twitter to ask his fans what he should record next.
