For those uninformed, Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg have a direct to DVD movie coming out on 4/20/2011 (get it?) entitled, High School (once again, get it?). As you can probably guess, this dynamic duo also collaborated on the film’s soundtrack and “Young, Wild, And Free” is one of the first songs from the flick to hit the net. Summer Slaughter bands announced

Half of this year’s Summer Slaughter Tour line-up has been revealed. Headliners include Whitechapel and The Black Dahlia Murder who will share the stage with Darkest Hour, Dying Fetus, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Impending Doom. Dates for the tour, as well as additional bands, have not yet been announced.

Travis Barker unveils track listing

World renowned blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker, has finally unveiled the track listing for his upcoming solo album, Give The Drummer Some. The debut album from Barker will be released on March 15th by Interscope records.

Slayer frontman hospitalized

Slayer‘s frontman, Tom Araya, was recently hospitalized, forcing the band to cancel their appearance at the Soundwave Festival in Australia. However, an update on Slayerized reported: “According to “Soundwave Festival” promoter AJ Maddah Tom “will be OK” for the next “Soundwave” show in Melbourne on Friday, March 4th.”
