According to this interview, Thrice’s Dustinn Kensrue says the band are set to head back into the studio soon and that he will be working on a second solo album. However he says a new Thrice record is likely to come first.
Kensrue states:
“… I don’t think it will be before the band’s next record. I just have to work out when the material is actually going to be released and when I’ll have time to record when I’m not busy with the band.”
