James Shotwell Peter Jackson has been filming The Hobbit for several weeks, but it wasn’t until today that we got our first true look at the “new” version of The Shire.
Entertainment Weekly unveiled the following photos, which includes shots of Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins, Ian McKellen as Gandalf and more, earlier today.
We know this only helps fuel your anticipation, but these photos are too beautiful to resist posting.
