Two weeks after he was arrested and charged with armed robbery and unlawful possession of prescription narcotics, Coheed And Cambria bassist Michael Todd is out of jail. According to The Boston Globe, Todd was release from Dartmouth House of Corrections last night after an unnamed source posted his $25,000 bail.
According to police, Todd walked into a Walgreens in Attleboro, Massachusetts, lied to the clerk about having a bomb via his smartphone, and fled via taxi. Unfortunately for Todd, bystanders saw the event, informed police, and he was captured just outside the Comcast Center where his band was scheduled to open for Soundgarden in a few short hours.
We hope Todd will find the treatment he needs to return to the road, but mostly we just want to see him clean. Good luck Todd, stay strong!
