Foxy Brown’s brother/manager serves time for credit card fraud

Foxy Brown’s brother/manager Gavin Marchand will serve a minimum of 2 1/2 years in jail. He pleaded guilty yesterday (August 18) to credit card fraud.

Marchand pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree identity theft, after he was caught using a fake MasterCard and American Express Card, at upscale boutique Hermes in Manhattan.

The incident happened on August 7, 2010, when Marchand and three accomplices attempted to purchase $7,882 worth of merchandise from the upscale department store.

Undercover officers caught onto the scheme, however, Marchand and his accomplices fled the scene, leading police on a 90 mph chase through Manhattan before finally being apprehended.

According to the New Your Post, Gavin Marchand will turn himself in on Septmeber 28, when he will be sentenced to his prison term.
