The Used Launch Anger Music Group, Sign Distribution Deal With Hopeless Records

The Used have announced the creation of their own quasi-label, Anger Music Group, and signed a distribution deal with Hopeless Records.

News of these moves first broke this morning via an interview Used frontman Bert McCracken with Alternative Press. In the interview, McCracken explains the situation as follows:

“…instead of starting a label, we’re starting more of a group that involves everything from managing to production to art design. It’s going to be called Anger Music Group. We negotiated a distribution deal through Hopeless. They’re going to distribute the record worldwide, and it all comes out on Anger Music Group.
