Delaware’s Firefly Festival Announces Lineup; Tickets on Sale

When most people think about Delaware (who aren’t from Delaware) they generally have nothing to say other than “it’s the first state” or “don’t they have no sales tax?” Now, everyone’s talking about Firefly Music Festival, Delaware’s biggest music festival in recent memory. Headliners for the festival are suprisingly huge, with The Killers, The Black Keys and Jack White being top billed, and then Death Cab for Cutie, John Legend and the Flaming Lips being other huge artists in the lineup. The festival is from July 20-22, and tickets cost $178 for the early bird sale, with incremental price increases as the days go by. You can buy tickets today here.

Here at UTG we’re really stoked about this festival not only because of the great groups that are a part of it, but also because it’s a fest that’s a central hub for so many different states and areas on the east coast (Delaware is located in the middle of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and southern New York). Check out the full lineup after the break, and let UTG know what you think of this festival!
