Randy Blythe Bail Denied, Singer Remains In Custody

According to a number of sources, Lamb Of God singer Randy Blythe’s bail payment has been denied by the prosecutor on the case. The $400,000 bail payment was denied despite the court documents accepting the bail being approved by the Prague Municipal Court yesterday.

Following the prosecution’s challenge of the payment, the prosecutor will now appear in court on July 27 to formally issue the reasoning for the challenge. At that point the judge is expected to give a final ruling on the situation, meaning unless charges are formally filed, Blythe may be able to leave the Czech Republic without condition on bail.
