Geoff Rickly (ex-Thursday), Zena Road (from Texas is the Reason), and Fred Mascherino‘s Terrible Things (ex-Taking Back Sunday, The Color Fred) have announced a house show tour of the northeastern US for November and early December.
House shows are becoming more common as labels, managers, and artists are exploring better ways to make money – and hosting acoustic and quieter shows in the privacy of a fan’s home is one of these ways. It’s actually been a staple of David Bazan & Undertow Management for years.
You could host a house show yourself by e-mailing houseshows@theblacknumbers.com with your town or city as the subject. We’ll keep you posted as dates and locations are announced.
