The wait is over.
Just days after teasing his return to the world of pop music, Justin Timberlake has made good on his promise with release of “Suit & Tie.” The song is, to say the very least, exactly what we were hoping to hear. Just as FutureSex/LoveSounds took a bold step outside what everyone else was doing at the time, “Suit & Tie” strays from the EDM-loving wave of empty dance hits currently plaguing the top 40 and chooses instead to offer something a bit classier for fans of classic pop music who don’t mind a little spice in the mix. Honestly,It’s a decent song w a decent feat of Jay Z but I don’t think this is a lead single for a guy who hasn’t put out an album in 6 years. I remember the first time I heard Like I love you and thinking what is this sound(radio days) and is that JT? Loved it.Then SexyBack came out and it was weird,It didn’t sound like him but that beat was crazy and the more I heard it,the more I fell in love w the song.This(suit and Tie) I don’t feel like it has that swing,connect,out the park home run sound or beat,right out of the gate. People will love it because it’s Justin and Jay Z and because it’s been six years but I honestly would’ve picked something with a heavier,more pumped up,in your face sound.This is like the I’ve had a crap day,just threw my jacket off,cranked up the radio, and poured a glass music
