UTG PREMIERE: Pyro, Ohio – “Before the Sun Sets…” (Ft. Alex Mola of From Atlantis)

Pyro, Ohio (300 DPI)

In just under a month the gentlemen in Pyro, Ohio will release their debut EP, Before The Sun Sets, through At Your Command Records. We caught word of the band a little over a month ago and could not be more excited to present you with the premiere of the EP’s lead single and title track.

“Before The Sun Sets…” is the kind of song that a band in Pyro, Ohio’s position hopes they will be able to create. It’s catchy, encompasses nearly every corner of their overall sound, and fits nicely into the groove of what is currently popular in the heavier alternative scene. With soaring vocals, gruff growls, and a sense for songwriting that will only further develop in time, it’s pretty clear from this track that Pyro, Ohio are destined for big things in 2013. You can stream “Before The Sun Sets…” below.
