This weekend has been a relatively slow one as far as news is concerned, but at least today we have a new reason to celebrate the success of those who give their all to entertain us.

Continuing the year-plus success of their 2012 sophomore effort, Some Nights, the RIAA has announced fun.’s single “Carry On” has been certified platinum with sales surpassing 1,000,000 units. The song was originally released as a single on October 23 of last year and was aided in promotion by the release of an accompanying video a few days later.
