San Diego youngsters, CHON, released their long-awaited Newborn Sun EP today and all eight tracks are currently available to stream on their Bandcamp page or right here after the jump. You can (and should) also buy the EP for just $5! It’s well worth it, trust us.

Many of us have been waiting for an official release from the band for years now since hearing their first demos back in the day and after a recent failed Kickstarter attempt, the band pushed on regardless and recorded these eight groovy, instrumental tracks for us to enjoy — and enjoy them we most definitely are.
