Sky Ferreira has had a rough time of it, reaching pop stardom. Even in her most successful stretch yet, she had to drop out of some Vampire Weekend dates due to illness and get stitches when she fell off stage during the Bangerz tour. That hasn’t kept her from continuing to kill it, though – Night Time, My Time was a fantastic critical success, she’s on the Bangerz tour, and she sent out a fantastic unreleased track and an even more fantastic cover of “My Molly” with Ariel Pink.

Now fellow Capitol Records artist Little Daylight took Ferreira’s lead single and home run “You’re Not the One” and gave some bright, tropical frills. The music video had Ferreira slumming in a creepy club – this Fader-premiered remix feels like it should be belted out triumphantly amidst crashing waves and palm trees.
