WATCH: Jack White Records, Presses, And Releases Record In One Day For Record Store Day

If you made a visit to your favorite record store on Saturday for Record Store Day 2014, you might have noticed that the lines were longer than they’ve been in years past. The vinyl fad is bigger than it has ever been before, and it shows. RSD 2014 saw artists and labels pressing crazy things like triangular 7″s and glow-in-the-dark variants to generate interest and top everyone else in the “wow” department. However, Jack White takes home the prize for his impressive feat in starting and finishing production for a record before the end of the day. You can stream a mini documentary of sorts after the jump detailing the experience.

The video documents the whole process, from Jack White’s in-store performance, through the record’s manufacturing process and the sale of the record, all finishing before 3:00 pm. This is going to be hard to top next year.
