If you were excited yesterday when Mineral made social networking accounts, today’s announcement will probably leave you speechless. The Austin, Texas band revealed plans for a short east coast and midwest tour in September, with an appearance at Fest 13 in Gainesville, Florida to follow in November. Opening the September dates will be Chicago’s Into It. Over It. Frontman Evan Weiss is no stranger to working with classic emo acts. He did a stint of tour dates with Texas Is the Reason last year, and he is currently producing The Jazz June’s new album.

Tickets for the tour go on sale tomorrow, April 25, at 11:00 EST, and Fest passes are on sale now.
