Bleachers Release Second Single, “Shadow”

“If you’re feeling small, I’ll love your shadow,” declares Jack Antonoff on “Shadow,” the second single from his latest project, Bleachers. The reassuring, uplifting sentiment fits perfectly with the track’s infectious synthesizer lines and drum machine beat. Like the previously released “I Wanna Get Better,” “Shadow” is destined to be on repeat all summer. Stream it now after the break or over at Pigeons and Planes.

These two singles will be part of the first Bleachers album, which will hopefully see a release later this year. The Fun. guitarist and former Steel Train frontman worked with producer Vince Clarke (Depeche Mode) on the record, and he also received input from Taylor Swift and Hayley Williams throughout the process.

Bleachers will be playing a handful of festivals over the course of the year, including Firefly, Boston Calling, and Lollapalooza. Get all the details right here, and if these two songs aren’t enough for you, give the Bleachers Hotline a call.
