The Chicago suburbs have been a hotbed for exciting young pop punk bands over the past few years. Following in the footsteps of Real Friends and Knuckle Puck, Sudden Suspension are destined to be the next household name to call the area home. Their latest EP, titled Basement Songs, consists of four short, fast, and loud songs that will be the soundtrack to stage dives all summer long. Stream it now over at AbsolutePunk.
The independently released Basement Songs is the band’s sophomore effort, following last year’s Second Place, which you can pick up on their Bandcamp page.
The new EP will be out May 3, and you can pre-order a copy right here.
