The moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived. After months of anticipation and speculation, the lineups have been announced for the Chicago and Denver editions of this year’s Riot Fest, and you can see them below.
Based on the history of Riot Fest and the announcement of the Toronto lineup last week, no one doubted that these announcements would be great, but the festival organizers truly outdid themselves. The top of the bill for both weekends includes huge names like The Cure, The National, Rise Against, and even Wu-Tang Clan. Additionally, Jane’s Addiction will make an appearance at the Chicago festival.
Further on down the Chicago lineup, you’ll find Descendents, Pussy Riot, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, recently reunited emo legends Mineral, Saosin with original vocalist Anthony Green, and so many more. By now, you’ve gathered how awesome this is, so stop reading now and go buy tickets here (Chicago) and here (Denver).
To top it all off, there are still a few surprises left on the Chicago lineup. Comment below and let us know which names you think will be replacing those question marks.
Riot Fest Chicago will take place September 12-14 in Humboldt Park, and Denver will follow a week later at May Farms, in Byers, CO.
