UTG Exclusive: Stars In Stereo Reveal ‘Leave Your Mark’ Album Art

Stars In Stereo are preparing to release their Sophomore album, Leave Your Mark, later this year. Today the band has partnered with UTG to exclusively reveal the cover art for the record, which you can find at the end of this post.

Speaking about the cover, designer Curtis Scoville offered, “Creating artwork for a band is a great honor for any artist, because you are in a way, being trusted to create a visual representation of that band’s masterpiece.”

Set for release June 17, Leave Your Mark is the product of hard work and many sleepless nights incurred by Stars In Stereo. The L.A. based rock quintet have spent the past several years making the name known in the world of rock, and along the way gained a massive following while on tour with bands like Halestorm, The Used, Bullet For My Valentine, Foxy Shazam and more. Now the group aims to sonically scrawl their name across your speakers with the release of this record, and based on the material we’ve heard up to this point I think there’s a good chance they will be successful in their endeavors.

“We really made an effort to make smarter choices while working on the album’s tone, resulting in a more aggressive and bigger sound overall,” says guitarist Jordan McGraw about the recording session that took place in the band’s own studio. “I feel we definitely found the energy behind each song, and have set the bar even higher for our live shows.”

Stars In Stereo intend to present a true live experience of Leave Your Mark to fans with a “virtual tour.” The group filmed themselves performing each song off the album to give fans a first look at the liveliness behind the entire album. More details regarding the Leave Your Mark virtual tour (including where fans can catch each performance video) can be found here.
