The promotional run towards the November release of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is in full effect this morning as a brand new viral teaser clip has begun to make its way across the net.

Released earlier today, a brand new message from President Snow (Donald Sutherland) to the people of Panem has been posted online. The clip finds Snow seated in a white throne in an all white room, speaking to viewers about the elements of life in Panem that makes their home so wonderful. “Ours is an elegant system conceived to nourish and protect,” he says, “but if you resist the system, you starve yourself. If you fight against it, it is you who will bleed.”

Snow is not alone for the entirety of the clip, though it certainly begins that way. Just before things come to a close we see a brief glimpse of Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), the co-champion of the 74th annual Hunger Games. You can view the video below:

It’s unclear when fans can expect an actual trailer for Mockingjay – Part 1, but the release of this clip makes it clear that the promotional push towards the film’s November 21 release is well under way.
