Money talks in America, and if you have enough cash to spare you can land an endorsement deal from just about any celebrity walking the Earth, including – as I learned this morning – Beyonce.

Queen Bey took to her Instagram over the weekend to share the world’s first true look at the upcoming cinematic adaptation of 50 Shades Of Grey. The film’s first trailer is expected to be released this upcoming week, but first the producers of the film decided to have Beyonce share a brief teaser over social media. Why? Because she’s Beyonce, of course, and her several million followers will surely help promote the trailer’s impending release. Check out the teaser:

Am I the only one who heard a little bit of “Single Ladies” there at the end? Maybe Beyonce’s connection to the film is greater than we thought.

50 Shades Of Grey will not arrive in theaters for another year, but I suppose it’s never too early to start marketing a film based on a book that 95% of your total demographic will have read (at least once) before your adaptation reaches the big screen.
