Deafheaven’s Side Project, Creepers, Announce Debut LP, Stream Lead Single

It seems lately that more and more artists are branching out, starting projects that are departures in sound from their main endeavors. The opportunity to hear a diverse sound from some of our favorite musicians is always welcomed, so there’s not much to complain about. The most recent group to have some of its members start a side project is Deafheaven. Two of the band’s members, teamed up with two additional musicians, have started a new project named Creepers. The group is signed to the label run by Deafheaven’s frontman, and they have just announced they’ll release their debut LP with them later this year.

Creepers will drop Lush on October 28 via All Black Recording Company. They teamed up with Pitchfork to premiere the lead single, which is titled “Stuck.” You can give it a listen by heading right here.
