Yellowcard Raise Awareness In Music Video For “One Bedroom”

Yellowcard are less than a week away from releasing their anticipated album Lift A Sail which will be due out October 7 via Razor & Tie Records. The band teamed up with non-profit organization Invisible Children to release a music video for “One Bedroom” to raise awareness against the horrendous acts of The Lord’s Resistance Army and its leader Joseph Kony.

The video depicts a dramatization of how a man is abducted by the army in order for them to forcefully join. Other visuals include the band being briefed by Invisible Children members of The Lord’s Resistance Army and with other dramatizations of different soldiers escaping the army to be back with their families.

Lift A Sail is streaming over at Pandora in full before release day next week. Also, be sure to not miss the band on their co-headlining tour with Memphis May Fire and Emarosa; dates and locations can be found here.

Check out the video for “One Bedroom” below after the jump.
