So early this year, we heard a track called “Six Degrees” by a collaboration between Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan and the band BADBADNOTGOOD, which featured a verse from Danny Brown. It was nasty good, and now the collab has announced that they have worked out a whole album worth of material.
Entitled Sour Soul, and produced by Frank Dukes (50 Cent, Lloyd Banks), the group will release it early next year.
The mesh of funky rhythms and lines that flow perfectly with the verses of the Iron Man of rap make for a killer collaboration. The track, “Gunshowers,” also features a few lines and verses from Elzhi. Check out the track below, and let us know what you think.
Sour Soul will be released February 17, 2015.
