James Blake has been far from quiet about what’s going on with his new record. On BBC Radio 1, he has shared a handful of new tracks from it, including “200 Press.”
Last night, he shared another one with fans, called “Building It Still.” With every new track, it seems like Blake is moving further from a vocalist and more towards a producer, and I can’t say I hate it. He continues to impress and this song stands on that idea. This song reminisces of recent Burial tracks and has a tinge of melodies that could come from Four Tet. It’s interesting and worth a listen. Check it out below.
There is no official word on the album, but stay tuned for more information regarding James Blake.
