His Dream Of Lions are one of the most talked about buzz bands of the fall, and after listening to their latest EP it’s not hard to understand why they’ve built such a strong following in recent months. Their sound is entirely unique while still falling well within the parameters of what is considered ‘great music’ in the modern alternative scene. We’ve been covering their latest EP, Part Two, at length, but this story features music you won’t find on any of the band’s current releases.
Within the last month, His Dream Of Lions have played a release show for Part Two that was attended by fans new and old. During the group’s performance, the band surprised fans by performing a thrilling cover of the My Chemical Romance classic “I’m Not Okay.” We were not in attendance, but fortunately for those of us on the internet someone in attendance grabbed footage of the show for us to enjoy.
