New Anthem: Sudden Suspension Stream “As Good As It Gets”

Indiana pop punk heroes Sudden Suspension have released the first song off their forthcoming Bad Timings Records‘ debut. Spoiler alert: It kicks a lot of ass.

Kicking off with a blast of vocals sure to hook any fan of The Wonder Years or The Story So Far, “As Good As It Gets” succeeds at reintroducing the world to Sudden Suspension with style and flair. It’s the kind of song that plays like a punch to the chest, with talk of heartache and miles traveled, all told from the perspective of someone who is not yet twenty years old. I have been telling the world this band was due to breakout soon, and it seems that time has finally come. You can stream “As Good As It Gets” below.

Sudden Suspension also chose today to release pre-orders for their upcoming EP, There’s A Bigger Picture Here, which will serve as the group’s debut release on Bad Timing Records. Two vinyl variants are available at the time this post goes live, but something tells me they won’t last long. Click here to claim your copy.

Vocalist Brendan Stasi recently appeared on the Inside Music Podcast to talk about There’s A Bigger Picture Here, as well as the band’s motivation behind signing with Bad Timing. Click here to stream and/or download that episode, in full, from our friends at Haulix.
