Refused are set to release Freedom, their first new record in 17 years, on June 30 via Epitaph Records. The band is currently streaming the third single from the record, “Dawkins Christ” via BBC. Check it out below.

From what we’ve heard so far from Freedom, it sounds like Refused are aiming less to make an experimental record on par with The Shape Of Punk To Come and instead plan on making a record chock full of fun, heavy, punk songs. Expectations are undoubtedly sky high, but the record is sure to be a fun listen regardless of the band’s ability to capitalize on previous successes.
