Tyler The Creator Announces ‘Cherry Bomb,’ Shares New Songs

‘Tis the season for surprise album releases.

Following Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and Earl Sweatshirt, Odd Future mastermind Tyler, The Creator has become the latest member of the hip-hop community to reveal plans for a surprise album release. Tyler’s third studio album, Cherry Bomb, will be released worldwide on April 14. Pre-orders are available now on iTunes, and each order comes with an instant download of two new tracks. Both songs, “Deathcamp” and “Fucking Young,” can be streamed in full at the end of this post.

In addition to revealing these plans and sharing song streams, Tyler also shared the official video for “Fucking Young,” which includes a snippet of “Deathcamp” at the very end. You can view the video, which plays like a whimsical love story in a way only the OFWGKTA crew could imagine, at the end of this post.
