Larusso release debut music video for “Fever”

Salt Lake City rockers Larusso (yes, the name is inspired by The Karate Kid, Daniel Larusso, and his underdog story) have technically been around in their local scene for many years. However, they didn’t finalize a solid lineup until around 2012 when they released their Tell Me Everything EP, gradually rising in popularity ever since. Their followup, a full-length titled Life In Static, only expedited the process, landing the band significant radio play and opportunities to share stages with bands like Yellowcard and Cartel.

Most recently, while preparing to work on a brand new album, the band has released a video accompaniment for their catchy single, “Fever,” which debuted late last year. Featuring the band performing and some subtle zombie action, the video, filmed by Chris Sasich and Patrick Thompson, is a solid first offering of a visual treatment. You can check it out below.

If you’re a fan of the single, “Fever” can be purchased through iTunes for less than a dollar, so you have something to listen to on repeat as you wait for the band’s forthcoming material.
