With their intimate tour of out-of-the-way California spots wrapped up, it’s time for some new Vampire Weekend live dates. Along with a free Australian show next week and bunch of West Coast radio gigs next month, the New York group are planning a three-night return to Manhattan come January.
The hometown stand is in celebration of their sophomore LP Contra, which is out January 12 courtesy of XL. They’ll do one more more Cali date at the Henry Fonda Theater, too, and then head to the UK in February.
