Cynic To Release New EP

Cynic will be releasing a brand new EP on November 15 via Season Of Mist. The release is entitled Carbon-Based Anatomy and contains six brand new tracks unlike last year’s Re-Traced which were reworked versions of previous songs by the band. Vocalist and guitarist Paul Masvidal states that the EP is akin to “both a philosophical as well as a musical journey, one that begins in the Amazon jungle on the lips of a shamanic wisewoman (as portrayed by Amy Correia) and ends in outerspace.” You can view the cover art and track listing after the jump!
