We rarely get to combine our love of music and film here on UTG, but today is an exception. After a lengthy wait (and tons of production photos), the world can now feast its eyes on the official trailer for the silver screen adaptation of Rock Of Ages.

According to the press release, Rock of Ages “tells the story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams. Their rock ‘n’ roll romance is told through the heart-pounding hits of Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Whitesnake, and more.”

The film opens June 1, but you can get a look at the flick after the jump. After you check the visuals, comment and let us know if you’ll be lining up to rock out when this rolls into cinemas around the world.
