Tim Lambesis, front man for As I Lay Dying, will be arraigned tomorrow. He faces charges of solicitation of another to commit murder and conspiracy to commit a crime. If you missed it, he allegedly hired an undercover cop pretending to be a hit man to kill his estranged wife.

The arraignment will happen at North Division Court in Vista, California, at 1:30 p.m. local time. For those of you who don’t know what an arraignment is, it is when an accused person hears the charges they face.

This is a strange year for crime in heavy music. Lostprophets, Lamb of God, and now this. We’ll keep you updated at UTG (perhaps you can expect an update tomorrow after the arraignment). For now, all we can do is be as shocked as you are.
